We will be doing the one-arm DB Power Snatch. The reps listed represent total reps, i.e., 20 reps implies 10 reps with the right arm and 10 reps with the left arm (choose any pattern of alternating arms that suits you: 10-10, 5-5-5-5, etc.). A comment - I played basketball at school last night. This was the first time I had played in about a year. As was to be expected since I hadn't played in a while, my shot was not good, and my passing was off as well. But as for the "running up and down the court" part of the game, that was not an issue at all.
So . . . a new slogan:
"CrossFit - makes stuff easier. Except shooting and passing."
I admit - it needs refinement.
