The cleans may be power cleans (this is recommended), and the jerks can be done as either push or split jerks. The bottom line is to get it overhead (but not using the snatch - that is another WOD: Isabel).

So no Grace. Which sounds weird. Anyway, 5X3 back squat for me was: 85, 95, 105, 110, 115. New PR for the "Back Injury Era." =) Then we did 10 min AMRAP of: 40 double unders and 20 push ups. Ugh. I'm not good at double unders again. =( Did 2 full rounds plus 40 DU and 15 push ups.
The most exciting part of today was Kathy joining us! Woot! =)
