Um, so there were no squat racks at the new gym. Hah. Sweet. =) So I tried this instead. 3 X 5 shoulder press, then push press, then push press. Um, not heavy weights, but no arm pain. Until now, when my arms are so weak it's embarrassing. =)Then I ran.
