Um, so there were no squat racks at the new gym. Hah. Sweet. =) So I tried this instead. 3 X 5 shoulder press, then push press, then push press. Um, not heavy weights, but no arm pain. Until now, when my arms are so weak it's embarrassing. =)

Better than last time (10/03/08). To have a little fun afterward, I made up the following metcon:

4 rounds for time of:
Row 300m
30 GHD sit-ups (1st round was 20 KTE)
20 Burpees
50 Double Unders

The rounds are timed individually with a 2 minute rest following each round.
