Since there is no Tuesday posted as of yet, I'll post this here...I did a baby CF today. Ran .25/miles, did 25 squat. Repeat total of 1 mile run, 100 squats. Also, did 3 sets of 10 should press with a whopping 20# bar. I'm She-Ra still...just...weaker. =)

The HSPUs were a significant improvement over last Monday.
