Um, remind me (if you will) what the sub for this is? I might be able to do regular kipping pull ups...Dunno. After today, I might not be able to put my hair in a ponytail by tomorrow.

You can do weighted pull-ups, so normally you wouldn't need a sub. However, you're tapering, so I'd recommend not going above normal kipping pull-ups (just bodyweight, and just 7 x 1).
