For anyone who cannot comfortably achieve the knee flexion required for a full squat clean, it would probably be wise to change the movement to a power clean.

Great second video. He is a GREAT coach. Makes me wanna get up here and do some CA-LEANS! I need some coachin on this!!! Any help is appreciated. I am NOT patient, I don't jump, I don't touch the bar to start, and ... at least one other thing. =)
