The last few days have been a bit messed up as far as schedules go. I did Sunday's run on Friday, Saturday's squats as prescribed, and took Sunday as a rest day so as to do the Fiftys with Kris and Nate this morning. So . . . here we go:

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups

This is an excellent opportunity to work on your double-unders. If you can do at least one double-under, do not sub for this exercise. Reduce the number of double-unders if necessary, but do not sub if you can do at least one (for example, you could cut all the DU reps in half or perhaps make it 10-10-10-10-10 while leaving the sit-up reps the same).
