50 Sit-ups
50 Double-unders
50 Sit-ups
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Sit-ups
50 Burpees
50 Sit-ups
Then spin.
We'll set up mats and weights for sit-ups in the gym. Get a jump-rope from school on Wednesday - if I recall correctly, NP has been a bit short on them recently (numbers, not lengths). Be sure to plan what your jump-target will be for burpees - we don't have a lot of time before spin starts.
The sub for double-unders is box jumps. However, even if you can only do one double-under at a time, I'd recommend going that route. In the long run, it will help you improve at double-unders.
